To use HirePriority, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Violate any applicable anti-discrimination laws in your use of the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Subscription and Payment
Some features of HirePriority require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan

- Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial billing periods or unused features
7. NIPR Verification Disclaimer
Our NIPR license verification is provided as a convenience tool. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of license verification results. You should independently verify any critical licensing information before making hiring decisions.
8. AI Features Disclaimer
Our AI-powered features (resume parsing, voice analysis, candidate scoring) are provided as decision-support tools only. They should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HirePriority and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePriority shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
